Noble is a graduate of Texas A & M University with a degree in construction science. He founded The Gainsborough Corporation in 1994. Noble has over 15 years of experience in the construction and waste management industries.
- William Carl - Secretary
Has served as chairman of the board of The Gainsborough Corporation since its inception in 1994.
