Dee Ann Hill / Major Account Executive

Dee Ann Hill joined Gainsborough Waste and Texas Outhouse in 2018 to continue her career of selling waste services to construction companies in the Greater Houston marketplace. Since joining our company, Dee has added to her knowledge of roll-off dumpsters by now selling portable restroom services.

Dee’s vast knowledge of the waste services businesses began in 2003 when she sold construction waste services for Lone Star Disposal. No matter where Dee works, customer service and relationship-building is her calling card. Dee works closely with each customer, goes out into the field, answers calls on the weekend, and ensures that each customer’s needs are met.

Dee is a Lifetime Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. She has served on the Poultry Committee for many years. Dee also enjoys spending her spare time at Canyon Lake and volunteering at “Camp Hope.”

Anne Carl has worked on the frontlines of Gainsborough Waste since the beginning. Anne and her husband, Noble Carl, started the company in 1994. While Noble drove a truck and transported dumpsters, Anne built customer relationships and served as the company’s first dispatcher.

Anne has a contagious passion for taking care of customers and ensuring that their needs are met. She is very proud of the company’s legacy of long-lasting relationships with customers -- many of which date back more than 20 years. The bond between Gainsborough Waste and its customers is the foundation of success, in large part because of Anne’s unique ability to build lasting relationships.

Karen is self-motivated, driven, and passionate about her customers and the company. Her approach to become a top salesperson is to ask questions, listen to customers, and use her expertise to solve problems. She believes that being organized and having thorough knowledge of the waste industry are essential attributes to being an effective sales representative. Ultimately, Karen believes that the most rewarding aspect of her job is seeing the results of hard work.

John enjoys face-to-face interaction with the people he serves, and he strives to build impactful, long-lasting relationships with customers.

Phil Stevens joined Gainsborough Waste and Texas Outhouse in 2015. Phil quickly built strong relationships with customers and took the role of liaison between his customers and our Operations team.

Phil is known for his strong relationship-building skills, the ability to troubleshoot common and not-so-common issues presented by his customers on a daily basis, and to develop appropriate solutions to each customer’s issues. Phil believes that quality of service is the key to turning first-time customers into repeat customers.
