On Thursday, November 14, 2019, we had the opportunity to provide luxury comfort stations to guests at the Houston Methodist centennial gala. This amazing 100-year celebration took place on the field of Minute Maid Park, home of the Houston Astros.
Our Services for the Centennial Celebration
Luxury Event Trailers, a division of our company, performed a full set-up of luxury trailers throughout the outfield area of Minute Maid Park.
The team led by Craig Ray and John Griffin performed set-up in two phases:
- Phase 1 (move-in): prepared and placed comfort stations in the left field area beneath the Crawford Boxes.
- Phase 2 (set-up): delivered and set up several large comfort stations in the right field area near the stage.
We were proud to work with a distinguished client, Ward & Ames Special Events, whose resume is filled with countless tier-one level events and galas. The Houston Methodist Centennial gala was spectacularly planned by the Ward & Ames team.

The slogan for Houston Methodist is Leading Medicine. After hearing countless stories of how the hospital system has lived up to this mission over the past 100 years, our team walked away inspired to continue being a leader in portable services for our customers.
In our 25th year of business, we’re a quarter of the way toward reaching Houston Methodist! It’s an amazing accomplishment for the hospital, and we were proud to be part of the grand celebration for a pillar of the Houston community.
